Returns & Exchanges
Thank you for shopping at the Gypsy Catwalk! We hope you loved your shopping experience and your purchase(s) but if you are not satisfied, we offer the following policy.
Returns and exchanges are accepted and must be postmarked within 14 days of the original invoice date. We give an additional week for online returns to allow for receiving the merchandise and shipping time on returns.
Please check your items as soon as you receive your package. Notify us within 2 days if the item(s) you received is defective or incorrect. All sale items, accessories, purses/bags are FINAL sale. All merchandise must be returned unworn, unwashed, and with the original tags attached. Shipping and handling on returned merchandise is non-refundable (unless the product is damaged or it was a mistake on our part). If you have received a damaged product please contact us so we can resolve the issue ASAP.
As soon as your return arrives, we will process it quickly and you will be refunded the original price. Please allow for 2-3 days to process your return and 7-10 days for the refund. You will be emailed a refund notification.
Please include the return form with your order.
Items purchased with a gift card will receive store credit.
Our shipping offices are open M-F 9am-4pm EST. We do not ship on weekends.
